Am On April 1, 1920, the state railways merged to form the Deutsche Reichsbahn.

Fleischmann recalls this memorable event, which in a first step led to the inspection and ordering of the locomotive fleet, and presents one typical train of the time, an accelerated passenger train, on the model railway tracks.

This consists of a class 39 steam locomotive in black/brown-green/red-brown paint, a Pw Posti type baggage/mail car, a Type CD 3itr passenger car, one type Di passenger car, one type BC 4 compartment car and one type C 4 compartment car with end-of-train windows.
