Receiver for switching continuous current on and off for lighting, motors, hobby light signals (74371, 74380,74391) and other electrical accessories. The m84 supports the digital formats Motorola, DCC and mfx. The digital address can be set using a coding switch or via the programming track in steps of 4. The address range is available in Motorola format up to address 320 and in DCC format up to address 2040. The m84 contains 8 relays in 4 galvanically isolated groups for switching consumers. By using a 66360 power supply, the bistable state of the relays and the storage of the switching state can be achieved. 4 hobby light signals and 4 hobby advance signals can be controlled while the traction current can be switched at the same time. The m84 also contains 8 inputs for manually switching the relays (similar to the 7244 remote switch). The decoders m83 and m84 can be arranged in any row. The connection is made using elevator clamps. Maximum current carrying capacity per group is 5A.
