Kit of a romantic half-timbered building ;udes based on the model of the historic Uhlbach town hall near Stuttgart. The many details of the original, which is over four hundred years old, such as the town hall tower and dormer, are reproduced excellently in the model. The massive columns of the arcade such as the half-timbering, doors, gates and the folding shutters are made of real wood and are already colored. Matching cut-out designs included. Prepared for installing interior lighting.

Did you know? The assembly of Busch building models is particularly easy thanks to a stable, snap-together substructure that is covered with the ready-cut and colored individual parts.
